They are not honest about their wait time if you are a walk in.They just tell you to sit sign in and sit at a chair and will have you waiting till the water gets cold. I walked out with just my feet done even though I was wanting to get my hands done as well. Would have taken all day if I waited, unacceptable.
I recently discovered this nail salon; but it was right here in my community. My 1st visit was impromptu and a "walk-in" for late in the afternoon (30 minutes before closing): I was hesitant, but they didn't disappoint. I needed a good pedicure for an upcoming trip; the tech assigned to me was very attentive. She was patience and courteous without making me feel rushed, nor were any of the staff with their customers, I had noticed. So for, I may have made 4 visits and each time with different techs and its a win, each visit for me. Thanks!!!
Professional and clean salon, came out beautiful!
I’ve gone here three different times. The first time I got a basic pedicure and a manicure. The final two times I got high-end pedicure. The shop is clean, bright, with a nice relaxing atmosphere. I didn’t give 5-star rating because of the pedicures I have received. I don’t if it is because I am a man, that attention to detail is thrown out the window, but that is how I have felt. Each time my toenails were cut, they were just cut flat, straight across. No shaping or filing the edges to prevent the nails growing back with points on both sides of the nail. I pay the same price the women do, but don’t receive the same detailed service. I have been receiving texts from the spa stating that I am missed and to come back for a discount. I have not returned because I can’t be sure that a thorough job will be done.
There were so many issues with this place! DO NOT GO THERE AND IF YOU DO DO NOT EXPECT FAST OR GOOD SERVICE. As someone who is in the beauty industry you should be honest with your clients who call and make APPOINTMENTS and be honest to the WALK INS that your wait is an hour- two hours. Don’t leave people sitting around. ALSO…. if you have dip or gel you should be wrapped when you’re in the pedicure chair OR WAITING 20 minutes before being seen in the nail chair. 3 PEOPLE asked what I was getting so 3 POEPLE knew I needed them
Wrapped. So after 2 hours I only left with my toes done and now have to make another appointment for today before my plans. THE WORST PART NO APOLOGY DIDNT TRY TO FIX THE ISSUE. and my to Nail polish is everywhere they rush they don’t care AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE! DO NOT GO. YOU WILL
BE DISAPPOINTED 4 OTHER CLIENTS WALKED OUT BEFORE ME BECAUSE THEY WAITED SO LONG. BE HONEST. BE HONEST BE HONEST. ITS SO EASY STOP BEING GREEDY AND WASTING PEOPLES TIME AND MONEY.
